Starbucks Blended Remix Contest

This is my entry for the Blended Remix Contest.

The challenge was to create a beverage that defines you by putting what makes you happy into the cup.

What makes me happy is traveling and going on adventures with my friends and family. There is me with my polaroid camera wearing the backpack my grandma bought me. And with me is Richard who has given me his full written permission to use his likeness.

The bottom is a beach. I love beaches despite growing up land locked in the midwest and make a point to go to them when I get the chance.
Then there is Mount Rushmore of course followed by two deserts one African and one Australian. I haven't been to either yet but the giraffe, zebra, and elephant represent my love of animals. I also really enjoy visits to zoos!
Then there is the Japanese bullet train. I haven't gotten to ride on one yet but i think modes of transportation are fascinating (plains, trains, buses, cars, undergrounds, ect.) and I would like to go to Japan someday.
Then next is the St Louis Arch which is Richard's hometown and the corn field that represent's my hometown. The Golden Gate Bridge, Paris, London, and Rome are all places I have been and loved. Then there is a forest, the Great Wall of China, the Taj Mahal, and the Great Pyramid, and a mountain. China, Inda, and Egypt are also on my wish list of places to go.

All have been rendered in markers on one of my favorite mediums except the mountain. The mountain is patterned paper. I would love a literal mountain of paper.

Thanks Kodi! Haha yeah I do love my polaroid. I did get the newer polaroid camera for Christmas last year and it is pretty awesome- it makes business card size pictures.

I would tell you to enter because you would be really good at it and the prizes are pretty nice but I entered at the last minute as per usual and I think the contest is over now :(
